In the heart of innovation and sustainability, a partnership was formed that would set the stage for a groundbreaking revolution in the field of hydrogen fuel technology. Founders Alok and Karun, two visionaries with a shared passion for environmental solutions, met Gavan Knox, the founder of ‘Hydrogen Fuel Systems Pte Limited’ and inventor of the pioneering G10 and G15 hydrogen systems. Although these products showed promise and Gavan had spent 7 years researching and proving their market potential, scalability and a next generation shift was a challenge due to the expensive and tedious production methods and globalisation limitations.
Seeing an opportunity to rebuild and enhance these systems, the trio joined hands. Saarthi GreenTech has been established in India in Pune where R&D as well as manufacturing is taking place while Saarthi GreenTech in Australia (Previously known as KiTech Hydrogen Systems) the team embarked on a mission to redevelop the products into highly commercial, durable, and effective solutions specifically tailored for large diesel vehicles.
After more than seven years in development, now for more than three years, Saarthi conducted numerous trials in Australia and in India, meticulously refining the design and functionality. The focus was on creating a product line that would stand unparalleled in the market, meeting the demands of today’s transportation sector while contributing to a greener future.
Now, as Saarthi prepares to launch its pathbreaking products in Jan-March 2024, excitement builds around what promises to be a new era in sustainable transportation. Our Knox series, including the K30 and K40 systems, will represent the pinnacle of innovation, a testament to our commitment to excellence, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
